Elite Auto Repair (“Company,” “we,” “our”) offers the following promotions, which are subject to these Terms & Conditions. By redeeming, booking, or inquiring about any of the below promotions, you agree to all terms stated herein.
1. Pricing Disclaimer – Taxes & Shop Fees
All promotional prices exclude:
- Florida Sales Tax (7%)
Shop Supplies Fee (8%) – covering consumables and hazardous waste handling (e.g., gloves, lubricants, cleaners, rags). These are billed as a percentage of the invoice total and are not itemized.
2. Mercedes-Benz Service Packages
Applicable to all Mercedes-Benz models from 2017 to 2022
Service A – $299.00
Includes:
- Engine Oil & Filter Change
- Inspection of Air Filter, A/C Filter
- Inspection of fluids, power steering, brake, and transmission systems
- Dashboard service reminder reset
- General diagnostic inspection
Note: If any additional issues arise during inspection, the shop will notify the customer. Additional services will be billed separately upon customer approval.
Service B – $499.00
Includes:
- Engine Oil & Filter Replacement
- Cabin Filter Replacement
- Brake Fluid Flush
- Transmission Fluid Inspection
- Full-vehicle diagnostic inspection (up to 1 hour)
- Dashboard and computer reset
Note: Any further needs discovered will be reported to the customer for approval and billed separately.
Service C – $799.00
Includes:
- Engine Oil & Filter Replacement
- Air Filter & A/C Filter Replacement
- Brake Fluid Flush & Radiator Fluid Flush
- Comprehensive vehicle inspection
- Computer and dashboard service reset
Note: No additional services are included unless explicitly discussed and approved by the customer.
3. Brake Service Specials
American, Japanese, Korean Vehicles
- Front OR Rear Brake Pads – $150.00 (Reg. $299.99)
- Front AND Rear Brake Pads – $280.00 (Reg. $599.99)
- European Vehicles (Most Makes)
Front OR Rear Brake Pads – $190.99 (Reg. $349.99) - Front AND Rear Brake Pads – $350.00 (Reg. $699.99)
Conditions:
- Includes basic-quality brake pads and labor only.
- Does NOT include rotors or calipers. If inspection reveals damaged rotors or calipers, the shop may refuse to replace pads alone due to safety concerns.
- If calipers are seized and cannot be reset, customer must authorize caliper replacement or accept vehicle return at their own risk.
- Shop reserves the right to decline brake voucher usage if cost exceeds acceptable limits for specific makes/models.
4. Alignment Special
- 50% Off Alignment – $97.00 (Reg. $195.00)
- Valid only with purchase of 4 new tires & mount/balance service from Elite Auto Repair.
Conditions:
- Alignment will be charged even if completion is not possible due to mechanical issues (e.g., worn tie rods, control arms, steering rack).
- If parts are needed, alignment labor remains billable and is not refundable.
- Warranty on alignment voided if mechanical issues prevent proper adjustment.
5. A/C Recharge Service
- 134a System
American, Japanese, Korean Cars – $65.00 (Reg. $330.00) - European Cars – $65.00 (Reg. $350.00)
- 1234YF System (Newer Vehicles)
All Makes – $125.00 (Reg. $500.00)
Conditions:
- Includes evacuation & recharge with up to 8 oz of Freon.
- Additional Freon (if needed) billed up to $95 extra based on system type.
- No diagnostics or leak detection included.
6. Oil Change Specials
- American, Japanese, Korean Cars
Fully Synthetic (up to 5 qts) – $89.99 - Valid oil types: 5W30, 5W20, 0W20, 0W30, 5W50, 0W40 only
- Voucher not valid for diesel engines or vehicles requiring specialty oil.
European Cars
- Up to 6 qts included
- $25 per additional quart thereafter
- Luxury Vehicles
Bentley, Aston Martin, Maserati – $499.00 (up to 10 qts included) - Rolls Royce – up to 12 qts included
- Additional oil charged at $25/qt beyond inclusion
Conditions:
- Oil filter included. Specialty filters or oil grades may incur additional charges.
- Vouchers are vehicle-type specific and cannot be transferred across makes or oil types.
7. Free Diagnostic Voucher
- Covers up to 1 hour of diagnostic inspection for the identified concern
- Diagnostic fee: $195/hour beyond first hour
- If customer declines repairs based on diagnosis or if Elite Auto does not perform the repair, a diagnostic fee of $195 ($224.25 with tax & fees) will apply
- No teardown or internal testing included in this voucher
8. General Terms
- Offers valid at participating Elite Auto Repair locations in Florida only
- Must be presented at booking or drop-off
- Offers cannot be combined with other promos or warranty/insurance claims unless specified
- Promotions have no cash value
- All services are subject to vehicle inspection and shop discretion
- Elite Auto Repair reserves the right to refuse service based on safety concerns, cost, or mechanical impracticality
- Offers and pricing are subject to change without notice
9. Legal Compliance
These terms are made in accordance with applicable Florida state laws, including the Florida Motor Vehicle Repair Act (Chapter 559, Florida Statutes). All disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Florida courts.
